PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE RUBBER BANDS FROM THE HAIR. IF RUBBERBANDS ARE REMOVED, ALL EXCHANGES WILL BE VOID AND NOT ACCEPTED.

All sales are final and there are NO REFUNDS. Due to the exclusive nature of our business and demand for our product, exchanges can be made within 7 days of receiving your order in original packaging and condition with sales receipt. You must include a note with your name, phone number, and a written exchange request advising us of what you would like to exchange.

Send your hair back to us in a box (free at the post office) with signature confirmation to:

Once we have received your returned order, we will contact you via email to process the exchange. You are responsible for any exchange shipping fees unless Strands was at fault.

Chemical alterations or any modifications made to the product subsequent to the sale, make all guarantees null and void. We cannot accept back any human hair that has been installed or altered.

Inspect the hair without unwrapping the bundles or removing the rubber-bands to make sure the product is to your satisfaction. If you are unsure, please show your stylist.

If it’s determined that Strands is at fault, we shall exchange the product at no additional cost to the customer.
